Based on transaction volume statistics of the Nordic property information company Datscha, Advium’s share of the total volume was approx. 38%. The number of transactions, altogether 12 in 2015, was also the highest among advisors. Transactions completed by Advium in 2015 included Kesko’s €652 million sale and leaseback transaction, the sale of Sponda’s shares in Certeum to Blackstone and Ilmarinen’s sale of a residential portfolio with 1,200 apartments to OP Rental Yield fund.

The same pace has also continued in 2016, with Advium’s five completed transactions representing approx. 35% of all advisors’ transaction volume. Transactions completed in 2015 include e.g. the sale Elo’s office portfolio for over €160 million to Niam, the sale of LocalTapiola’s residential and care block to Nordea Life Assurance as well as the divestment of a landmark department store block in Hakaniemi to Antilooppi.

Datscha’s statistics includes all asset and share deals with a volume of over €1.5 million and a sell-side advisor involved.
